yea my cousin shared this quote with me
about two years back..
when i was in kind of a depression fix.
its really quite uplifting
when any direction you seem to be able to go, is down
maybe there is what i coin as
healthy depression
yea this sounds damn stupid.
like a total oxymoron.
but you see,
famous artist, vincent van gogh
and
famous writer, slyvia plath
they were both in great depression
and produced quality stuff.
if youre able to churn out something of substance
and not hurt yourself to such great extents
then i dont see why such is forbidden
hahah suddenly i feel so strongly for depression.

it was only yesterday that i update my blog
and here i am again.
im getting too regular
hahah ok never mind.
came home so early today.
for once this week!
came home right after the chinese mock.
which was at about 6 plus plus?

its an NTU-DSTA-JC-some-other-organisation launch
for some i-also-dunno-what.
ermm wait, hold that accusation that im ignorant.
its some science thing actually
about bio-tech and info-tech and nano-something
and they just need people to be presenters.
so voila!
this is where i come into the picture.
with some others of course.
dont get me wrong
im not trying to show off or boast here.
just excited to be chosen.
here are the incentives:
- five day four night stay at NTU
- three CCA points for representing cjc
-
another seven CCA points if we come in champion
(highly unlikely)
- free meals - breakfast, teabreak, lunch, dinner
and i heard the meals served there are heavenly.
- $20 allowance for personal use i suppose
- get to know many others from other jcs too.
as if the last one is very much an incentive
but you never know if
you can meet some very interesting individuals
uh-uh dont stereotype here ahhhh..
basically its a great deal to me
i wanna go to NTU to take mass com after my As
so i guess its for the exposure

envisage..
ok im digressing badly here.
anyway
besides, with such incentives
five days away from home would seem an even greater deal
some rooms in the uni campus
faces this lush kingdom of greenery
the perfectly ideal place for inspiration.
but i wont be very much surprised
if i come back with nothing inspirational.
maybe i will even come back to civilisation with something science-y
that will be the day..

all this is held after the promos,
