an old woman in her sixties got robbed this morning. right at my doorstep. like how scary is that. she was cycling past my house when this motorcycle stopped beside her. two men got off, pushed her to the ground, yanked the backpack off her back, and sped off again. when they pushed her onto the ground, her dentures broke. and as she screamed for help, the dentures were practically dangling from her mouth. imagine, she was being reduced to such a defenseless state. utter helplessness. haii what is the world coming to.

and whats happening in school? same old things. constantly being banged by mr fahy. only and always caught at the very moment when im just about to drift away momentarily. never was on purpose. just that everyone knows that teens my age have attention spans of only 20-25minutes. so how does he expect us to sit still and listen for one and a half hours continuously? another thing: staying up till one plus plus that day to do that wretched essay wasnt so bad after all. my efforts paid off. first time in my whole seven months of JC that i obtained an A grade for my lit essay. yupp. 35/50 with no negative comments from mr critical. so yay.

forgot to blog about saturday night.
it was fun!!
to a certain extent at least
cus of some shitts that happened.
nvm. its all really inconsequential.
went to serangoon garden country club
for andrews farewell.
tim,
that doofus, told us it was casual wear
so nat and i wore shorts!
and when we got there,
everyone were in jeans, pants, skirts, tops, spags, togas.. etc.
anything but casual.
it was a good thing i brought a skirt
and nat changed into her three quarts
hmmmm.. tim, you... grrrr..
anyway. the food was good
especially the braised duck soup with salted vege!!
ahhhh. the delights of life.
after dinner we walked out to the other side
where the bowling alley is.
we were actually lost.
so i called tim to ask for directions
and he refused to tell us the directions.
hmph.
in the end when he told us to walk out of the country club,
i really couldnt believe him!
i thought he was asking us to walk out
and send us to the bus stop and go home.
hahahhhahah
but in the end we did find our ways there.
made a whole racket of noise by singing for andrew
got thrown out of the club
by some nehneh security guard
while the other guys got chased out the family room
for some other bongsai family to use.
like duh. they obviously chased us out cus they wanted it for themselves
whatever.
the acs guys did a loud loud and extremely loud rendition
of their acs school anthem.. in the lobby.
[with the same security guard staring at us]
i bet he was just jealous we werent singing for him. ha!
hmm. then they chased andrew and piled onto him
that was when we realised that acs guys talk funny
when andrew fell to the ground,
this guy beside us screamed:

errr. so weird. cant he just say,

a whole lot easier to understand right.
anyway.
i reached home at 12am? i think.

im really quite glad. finally.
and because we finally got back our last paper
for the midyear exams that is
delayed till now.
did really badly for the other subjects
real crap job.
but my lit!
its a relief, really.
i couldnt believe i barely passed my econs
and that i did so extensively badly for my maths
and that i failed my gp by one mark
and my chinese, well i cant say much
cus i think i am rather satisfied.
econs: 46/100 (ugghh..) - E
maths: 37/100 (ahh!!! tian ah!!) - O
gp: 44/100 (haiiiii..) - E8
chinese: 55/100 - B4
lit: 58/100 - C
im not so dead after all.
surprisingly actually
when i was least confident for lit at the start
but probably after i did the paper it was reversed
God is good.
at least i didnt do all too badly.
my othello did amazingly well as compared to mfm and translations
wheeeet.
pulled everything up so much.

its a friday. and im back home so early. why? cus i was far too lazy to go out after school. after all, town is damn boring now. and i thought my freakin maintainance was gonna take super long. like 3-6pm! as mr tan said. but mr quek was so nice we only ended up arranging chairs, tables and tablecloths for 20 minutes. whee -beeg grinn..
well the story for my maintainance: i wore ankle socks today. got caught by bro paul himself. waited for him outside his office for one hour. when he was finally free, he couldnt contact the DM, mr tan. so he asked me to return at 1145am which was my break time. i was caught together with sharon. when we went back to his office at 1145am we had to wait again. for another half an hour. uggh. and when we could finally meet bro paul, we went to mr tans office and he wasnt in again. but he was in the canteen and we were just instructed to buy his socks. and report for maintainance duty. uggh. such a huuuge waste of time. haii.
hmm oh szuyu and pat wants to treat me lunch now. haha uhh quite funny. cus i only helped to convey message.. but nvm actually i havent seen pat for damn long. btw szuyu take care for your op on your tooth ok! do you have to eat porridge everyday or smth for ten days? mash potato nicer though!

SNGS GOT DOUBLE CHAMP AGAIN.
for track and field. and i am just so happy! my loyalty still lies there i guess. hahahaah YAY! i could have gone down to support. errr.. support cj i mean. (and at the same time cheer for stnicks!) but i had my commitments to stay back for drama. hmm maybe next year? see first. i wanna see sngs get double champ again.
talk about mum and their crazy moods. it was damn weird today. and damn damn pissifying. ughh. i can just pull out my head when my mum gets angry. its so so so frustrating. whatever.
anyway mr fahy was saying my acting that day was
charming.. the british voice thingie. ahaha err i lived in england before mah. that was last week. about that horrid stage directions for this drama piece we were doing for prac crit. and i was acting opposite tim. and there was this stage direction which indicated for tims character to kiss my character on the cheek. errrrrrrr.. like duh. obviously we didnt! perverse, all you. anyway. today mr fahy made me say that particular line again. twice in fact. err. but never mind! i luurrve acting!!
szuyu was so evil today!! but probably unintentionally. she made pat wait for like three hours at ikea?! pat had to call me to ask for szuyus whereabouts. cus szuyu didnt have the hp with her. pat called me during chinese lesson lor. but i had my ear phones on. so i could just answer the call. haha good thing i didnt get caught.. anyway i called hil after that to ask if szuyu was there. but no! i only saw szuyu after school in the canteen at about 5plus?! apparently she forgot about having to meet pat! poor pat.
hmm i got chinese book review to do by tonight. and i havent read any chinese book at all.. all i have is this book borrowed from my brother (who is P6..) and its damn chicken-nana. as in every page is full of pictures and has at most five lines of chinese words on each page? haha err.

didnt go to school today. had a doctors appt at kkh. cus all along my stupid period was too irregular. had to do an ultrascan or something to check it out. i was instructed to drink so much water cus a full bladder was needed. wahh i almost died. after i came out from the ultrascan i went to pee and pee and pee and pee and pee.
five times ok.
but the bottom line is, there isnt a problem! so i guess it was just hormonal unbalance or something..
yesterday aeron was asking me to help with some present for his friend. i realised that when i talk to him my eyes cant stop rolling. haha hes damn lame. so at the end of the day its like useless talking to him also.. hahahahhahha my poor eyes.
btw there will be a J1 performance after all!! i was sad for nothing. yayy! hope bro paul will approve.

guess who i saw yesterday on the way home? joshua! cheryls bf. it was such a surprise. though he bluffed me and said he was cheryls brother. made me doubt myself for a while and felt so stupid. yea oh wells. didnt know he lives in east coast too. oh i found out that aaron, the j2 one.. he lives 32 houses away from me. ive seen him walk past my house before. its so amazing how ive been living here in east coast all my life but i never knew so many people lived around me. apparently ive seen quite a number of cj people around my area. hmm. ive been living in a bleh-dee egg shell man.

lets see where i left off.
friday
chinese oral.. it was ok i guess. ended so late! rushed home and bathed etc. then met neo and took bus to town. saw stnicks netball team. dora or something like that. as in the got up the bus at kallang there. met xiu and wen at orchard mrt station. kang and sara were late! swensons was too crowded so we went to jack's place instead. i had a great time. great seeing kang and sara again. yea.
saturday
couldnt go to sentosa with the rest cus my mum neh-ed me.. and also because it was andrea's wedding at 230pm. andrea and edmund. finally! haha andrea was so pretty. she looked so sweet, as usual. happy for them. awww.. now i come to think of it. i dont feel like getting married. haha err. i mean. i feel like putting my career before marriage or something like that? anyway. got home at about 5plus. then my dad brought us out to celebrate my birthday. went to a swiss restaurant and we had beef fondue! it was so good. the atmosphere was lovely too.

i call i -- the day of great changes.
went for a seminar session something like the revival seminar in june. it was such an exhilarating experience. we learnt about prophecies. and later had the impartation of spiritual gifts. the Lord is amazing. i was praying for certain giftings to be bestowed upon me. and if God-willing, may it be so. and when the elder came to pray for me, what he said confirmed my prayers! so so so amazing. i was so overwhelmed i just cried. tears of relief. i was so moved that now i feel its time to turn my life around. no more of sliding further away from God. its like turning around, and running straight back into the arms of someone who loves you so much. and whom you love too.. yeppers peppers.
the seminar ended at 530pm. (it started at 1pm) went to my uncles house to celebrate birthdays for me and my two other cousins. all our birthdays fall in july. its a family tradition to meet for dinner every fortnight. and of course celebrate special events together. new year, christmas, birthdays, weddings, and even getting a new house etc. yupp. well almost every present i received was orange. haha err..
monday. today that is
wanted to go out today at first. called neo but she was supposed to have tuition. and she sounded quite reluctant also. so forget it. anyway my cousin gave me two vcds for my birthday. both dance-y shows. cus she know i love dance.

oookk. now on to why im such a happy person today. basically because my papers have all ended!!!! wheeee. but lets just not go there if not the subject topic will become so depressive.
yupp. after our econs my class had a mini class outing in a sense. lorr, nat, nim, dora, sand, tim, pang, clara, dom. plus daryl and yohan. and me of course. we went to canadian pizza to stuff our faces in joy. it had the two for one offer thingie so it was rather economical. yeppers peppers. after we had sat down and ordered, some people went to the toilet. and they took so long. but when they came back!! (this is where ster gets all sentimental and stuff) they bought a chocolate bundt from startbucks for me! a mini birthday cake! which came along with pocky sticks too. and mind you, i luurrvve pocky! (and this is where everyone goes awwwwww..) hahahha. they all came back and were holding this starbucks box.. and started singing the birthday song for me. i was so happy! haha it tasted good man. especially with the thought of my classmates. we took photos and stuff. and saw pang amazingly eat anything that went onto his plate. but then again, whats new?!
then we went to lido to watch movie. saw the whole world there. and i must add. that we saw alot of acjc guys. and it was a good time looking at good-looking guys. haha ok. duh. saw mel denyse and some others there. then i saw cheryl buying tickets too!!! oh myy!! cheryl lee! shes still so preeetty! and she looks good in the ac uniform. it was such a shock. when we saw each other it was just
oh my god oh my god oh my god how are you how are you!!! becky yeo was there too. saw so many stnicks people. after buying tickets i saw xiuu!! and then i saw sab and rach and chuns too!!! it was so amazing. grace and fio were there too. so it seemed like some fourdee class gathering. seven people lor! out of twenty. haha quite cool. sab rach and chuns were all in skirts they looked so cute. oh yea xiu was in a skirt too. haha her sa school uniform lah. the thing about the chocolate sauce was damn funny. haha i got two distinct ones lor!! and the price is right with xiu. so lame.
well we watched
charlies angels!! the effects and everything were so extreme and the plot was rather flimsy and quite like the first one. but still, i enjoyed myself so much! it was so good! ahhh! the three of them were really funny. and cameron diaz was so damn bimbotic. and i was so sad when the really hot guy died! the surfer guy.. oh man. and that thin man was so poor thing. he died too! even before he could ever say a word out. hmm had a short short talk with tim (and daryl listening) before the movie and found out some rather interesting stuff! dont worry i wont devulge. i apologised for the gorilla thing already!! hahahha.. after the show tim and daryl left. then sand left too. nat lorr and i went to change. and went over to starbucks across the road.. then we realised that lorr does look a bit like drew barrymore! after that justin joined us after his f.maths paper. and we took stupid neo prints.
as we were walking back towards lido, i saw char!! with huiyi. chars still as pretty!! haha finally everyone else left. and only the three of us were left. went back to lido to sit down and drool over edison chen in the twins effect trailers. hhahaa we saw lily too! and finally i went back home for dinner cus my mum prepared food already..
oh im quite contented and happy.
